Walkerburn lost against Moray House 25-23 even though there was a heavily disputed conversion ruled good by the referee which looked as if it had gone wide of the posts.

In EL2 Gala YM beat Walkerburn 55-20

Walkerburn beat RDVC by 24 points to 18 to collect their first win of the season.

In EL2 St Boswells bounced back from a 77-5 defeat last week to thrash  Walkerburn 54-23, leaving Walkerburn without a win this season. Walkerburn scored four tries for a bonus point thanks to Mark Henderson, Scott Elder, Richard Horsley and Liam Card.

In EL2 Walkerburn lost at home 29-7 to Leith in their first game of the season.

Aug 12th
Walkerburn Rugby Club will be having their open day on 22nd August at 1.30pm when they entertain 1 SCOTS, the army team. An assault course and recruitment vehicle will be there along with the Fire Brigade and Police recruitment. Anyone wishing to find out career information is very welcome. There will be a treasure hunt for the kids, a barbecue and much more on a real family fun day out. On 5th September Friends and Sponsors of the club will be treated to a luncheon at the clubhouse prior to their home game at 3pm against Leith.
