George Graham has agreed to stay on as Head Coach of Hawick RFC for another season, regardless of what happens in their remaining matches this season. With one crucial game to play in the BT Premiership at home to Melrose on Saturday, the club are still in danger at the bottom end of the table. Marr sit at the bottom but a good run of form has given them a chance to avoid automatic relegation. Hawick and Glasgow Hawks, along with Boroughmuir, are all in danger as the league goes down to the wire. The team which ends up in the second bottom position will face a play-off to stay in the Premiership in its final season next season against either Jedforest or Edinburgh Accies. But whatever happens with regards Hawick, George Graham will be relishing the chance to be at the helm again next season and feels he can continue to make a big contribution at the club.
